Not sure if this has already been mentioned. Or maybe it's just an issue I'm facing. I'm also on iOS 13.1 on my iPhone 6s and don't see the "synch symbol" when trying to synchronize two players. Not a big issue though due to the fact that unsynch still works once I press in the area where it usually should be found.
