For Material 1.1 I'm planning on embedding LMS's settings screens into a
iframe, and modifying some of the CSS to make it look -slightly- more
consistent. Everything seems to be OK apart from Spotty's settings. For
the embedded settings pages, I'm using the classic skin - as it fits the
overall look better. With Spotty's settings, it appears as if the skin's
header is included twice?
I've committed a change which should address this issue:

Feel free to give it a try: just replace those two files in your
cache/InstalledPlugins folder and restart LMS.
