Yes - this works! I enabled remote login on my SBT. Thank you Craig -
great idea.

On my laptop, I used a command that looks like this:
$ ssh -oKexAlgorithms=+diffie-hellman-group1-sha1 root@192.168.X.X  #
Local SBT IP addr

I entered the SBT root password, and then after I had successfully
logged in, I simply entered the command "reboot" - worked like a charm.
It also appears to work on my Android phone using the JuiceSSH app
without having to explicitly ask for the diffie-hellman-group1-sha1 key
exchange. This will be very easy for me to do the next time my SB Touch
starts glitching again when streaming FLAC.
