Little guess: Your files don't contain the MusicIP fingerprint so your raspberry has to do the actual fingerprinting which is a far to heavy job for the PI. It does work but depending on the files it takes anywhere from ~20 minutus to several hours per file. The solution is to do the fingerprinting on a PC and store the fingerprints in the music files. You can either do this by setting this in the preferences or if you already have a full library by selecting all files right click and selecting write fingerprints to file.
