I couldn't resist making it work for Podcasts too. There's a final
search now among your Spotty podcasts before giving up. So a command
like 'Alexa, tell Media Server to *load *The Joe Rogan Experience' will
now play or stream that podcast if it's among your followed podcasts.
Prev/Next (track) and goto specific track will move you among the
episodes.

For now, I recommend the 'load' variant of the play-playlist utterance
as it means you can leave out the word playlist.
