So this morning I tried that but now I can't find it in the list of inactive plugins and the list of third party plugins isn't there. I have update LMS and rebooted several times but I can't find it. I am including a screenshot & the log. Any help would be appreciated.
You could enable logging for server.plugins and plugin.extensions. Then go to the Plugins page. Check the server.log to see whether it did report anything.
