Couldn’t this be a way of integrating LMS and Apple Music? A JavaScript app which is a broker between LMS and Apple Music, and plays the music in LMS?
Most likely this would require JS/HTML5 which is only available in browsers. And I doubt browsers would be able to pipe out the audio data to the LMS transcoding framework. I'd be happy to be proved wrong.
