I am using Chrome - I wonder whether it has to do with their recent changes on SameSite cookies?
I don't think so, as this has nothing to do with Cookies, and the missing images would not always be the same. And I saw the effect with Safari. I wonder whether they do have a problem on their end. Or some kind of rate limiting or whatever.
