Using the Kiwi (or Chrome) browser on Android the jump list for Genre - xxxx- Artists is a column of dots. They do work as a jump list though.
With the mobile view on the desktop, Firefox or Chrome, there is no jump list. It's not something I use often so I don't know whether they have worked before. That said, it would be useful.
