If there is no BBCiPlayer message in log file the issues may not be specially a plugin one. What version of the BBCiPlayer an BBCiPlayerExtras are installed ?
In BBCiPlayer Settings - both stream preferences needs to be set to DASH > HLS > MP3 > FlashAAC.
