I am using "Don't stop the music using last.fm
That would pick five random tracks from the current playlist, then ask Last.fm's track.getSimilar endpoint (https://www.last.fm/api/show/track.getSimilar) to return similar tracks. Then it would try to find those tracks in your music library or subscribed music services.
