Oh ... that screenshot was useful as it shows that the helper is not even started. Do you see anything in LMS server log? If not try using the -static version LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
