Thanks for getting back. I've triple checked the UN and PW, also the PW
is nothing complex, a mix of upper/lower case letters and numbers, 8
characters long. I'm in the UK, running LMS on a Win10 machine. So
nothing that peculiar as far as I can tell.

If anything springs to mind let me know and I'll give it a go.
