No, as that's a workaround. I've never seen this happen. Are you using large playlists, with more than 500 tracks? If Material has the details for all tracks, it gets the duration by summing up all track durations. If there are more tracks that Material currently has (as it only loads 500 to start, until you scroll), then it asks LMS for the duration. *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json 2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4.
