Oh yeah... in looking at the above log file I noticed you still have NFL enabled. If you want to speed up data refreshes and decrease the chance of any freezing I'd unselect any teams you have picked for any sports that are not currently in season...
I've thought about having the plugin ignore certain sports during certain months...
