I am sorry, perhaps there is no connection but I was trying to give as much information as possible.
I have rebooted everything in the network multiple times. Also, I notice that on the webpage that is the frontend for the LMS, the player shows the information from the Airplay source and behaves as if it is functioning properly. So it all seems to be working, except that no sound comes out. I have tried wav, flac and mp3 for the encoding without any sucess.
