OK, I just got a new DAC (Black Ice DAC) in house and it works fine with all program material except 192Khz Stuff, where it stutters and does not play at all. Plays 96Khz stuff just fine.
Spoke to the CEO at Jolida and he is convinced it is a software setting, just as I was convinced it was his DAC.
