Glad you found it on your own. The SDT player settings page in the LMS web interface is where the macro variables are documented. I added the %!z and %!Z variables about a year ago at another user's request. The degree symbol was intentionally left out. You can add the degree symbol in a Custom Clock design, but the import function of CCH doesn't like it. To work around this, remove the degree symbol before importing your design. Then edit the item using the CCH interface and add the degree symbol to the sdtformat field.
