This looks like it could not load the 'theme' - and hence background are transparent. To resolve, go into the settings dialog and set a theme. Not sure why this is has happened - perhaps Vivaldi needs is cache refreshed? *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json 2. Open browser's developer tools 3.
