Now that I actually have a Squeezebox in my bedroom, I've become more motivated to work on FuzzyTime. I've just released modified versions of AutoDisplay (that allows you to have the player display change its brightness at a fixed schedule) and kdf's AlarmPlugin (a better alarm than the Slimserver default alarm feature) so that they use "fuzzy" time for any player that you want to use "fast" time. http://www.tux.org/~peterw/slim/FuzzyTime.html
I've also done more work on "fuzzy" versions of setTimer and killTimers APIs, but haven't tested that code well enough to release it.
