Bug-fix release, main changes:
- Handle case where firmware is not a string. - Map icon for "squeezebox3" - Cancel timer in sleep dialog if closed by 'esc' or no players. - Allow changing player icons. - Ignore 'esc' when confirm, and simple text entry, dialogs are shown. - Show spinning progress in 'Information' dialog when downloading plugins or scanning database. - Fix occasional odd behaviour of volume controls in mobile layout. Player icons are (mostly) taken from https://material.io/resources/icons/?style=baseline and https://materialdesignicons.com/ The former are all within a font file, and Material references each icon by name. The later are SVG icons, which I download and modify slightly. If you would like new icons from either of these added to the player icon chooser dialog then please let me know the name of the icon and from which site. Alternatively I can add other SVG icons - but only simple monochrome icons, not full colour icons. *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json 2.
