sourceforge seems to be in a mess today - lots of plugins (not just mine) have been timing out. I have some updates which I haven't been able to upload - so it is not just you. The ZIP file for the plugins are also on sourceforge so changing URL to github one will not fix this until sourceforge is working properly again.
