Because I was still having these issues despite uninstalling and reinstalling BBC iPlayer 1.6.9, changing LMS back to 7.9.2 and then back to 8.0, and disabling, enabling OnAir Text. It was the last thing I could try before posting on here. I have done as you say. In addition I have restarted LMS and rebooted the Touch and then, once more, uninstalled and reinstalled BBC iPlayer. Unfortunately nothing has changed.
