picoreplayer can be a player, a server, or both at the same time.  It
needs LMS and Spotty for spotify.  But completely unrelated to LMS, you
can use RopieeeXL on an rPi and turn this into a Spotify streamer.  See:

It is equally easy to install on an rPi as piCoreplayer.  Many people
use the regular ropieee as a Roon Labs endpoint.
