I'm surprised no one has reported this, so it might be a regional problem (South America).
iPlayer Extras seems to have completely stopped being updated, for Radio 4 FM the latest programs I can find are for yesterday (Thursday). iPlayer is also affected, for Radio 3 and 6 there are no programs for today. Radio 4 has some programs listed for today, but the links mostly have the unplayable form of: URL: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000k9rf/playlist.json Only Desert Island Discs has a playable URL.
