The errors in the log suggest, you have the out of the box MusicIP plugin enabled? (This error is not related to SugarCube) [20-07-09 10:14:11.0120] Slim::Networking::IO::Select::__ANON__ (130) Error: Select task failed calling Slim::Web::HTTP::processHTTP: Undefined subroutine &Plugins::MIPMixer::Common::escape called at /usr/share/perl5/Slim/Plugin/MusicMagic/Plugin.pm line 879. Then this error suggests that you have not installed TrackStat? but have the use TrackStat option enabled in: Advanced Tab/Spicefly SugarCube [20-07-09 10:18:15.8577] Slim::Schema::Storage::throw_exception (121) Error: DBI Exception: DBD::SQLite::db prepare failed: no such table: track_statistics [for Statement "SELECT tracks.url, tracks.title, albums.title, genres.name, contributors.name, track_statistics.playCount, track_statistics.rating.... So try uninstalling the out of the box plugin, then install TrackStat or Untick it in the SugarCube settings if you don't want to use it.
