I'm sorry, I did not realize. If gapless is a very important feature for you, then I recommend you use the "flow" option in the transcoding. Select flac as transcoding format and next to that click 'flow'. Now all tracks are joined together in a single looonng stream. This give you all replay gain, perfect gapless, cross-fade and LMS goodies, at the expense of metadata not being sent to the player.
