As I see it you have the following alternatives:

Alternative 1:
- Change the SQL playlists you have to exclude tracks with
genre=Classical.
- This alternative is good if you just have a few playlists that can be
easily changed or if you have a lot of classical tracks that you like to
exclude

Alternative 2:
- Setup a filter in Custom Skip that is configured to skip all tracks
with genre=Classical. By doing this all playlists played through the
Dynamic Playlist plugin will be skipping the tracks, you will still be
able to browse/search the classical albums/tracks and choose to play
them.
- This alternative is useful if you have a lot of SQL playlist or if
the tracks you want to skip is pretty few.
- If you like to skip 20% or more of the tracks in your library this is
not the best alternative.
- If you like the Custom Skip filter to only be active on some of the
playlists this is also possible. You can look at the default
playlists and the "Custom Skip filter" parameter to see how to do
this.

Alternative 3:
- Use the Multi Library plugin to configure a library that contains all
tracks but those with genre=Classical.
- Configure each SQL Playlist to only play tracks that are part of the
library defined in Multi Library. You will get a new option in all the
default SQL Playlists that you can look at to see the exact SQL
statements if you have customized the SQL in your own playlists.
- The only reason to choose this alternative is if you also want the
tracks to be excluded from some browse menus which is configured with
Custom Browse.

My feeling is that alternative 2 is probably the best in your setup
since it sounds like the classical tracks are quite few in comparison
to your whole library.
