Ok thanks - also, what is Spotify Connect? (I only subscribed to Spotify 4 days ago - it's all new to me)... I ask this question because the player 'Living Room' which exhibits the problem is not checked [ticked] to use Spotify Connect, unlike my 'Conservatory' and 'Office' which are.
