That seems like a useful function, but also very well hidden. :D It took me while before I found the "save as library view" button.. I got it to work in Material indeed, but it only works inside "my music". I have many different views in there, so I 'pinned' the most relevant ones to the homescreen to keep the interface a bit more streamlined. But then I found that for the views that are pinned to the homescreen it doesn't actually change the views (even though it does show the name of the library view in the top bar).
