It seems that I haven't explained well enough what I wanted. :-)
I haven't checked "Sort favorites list", i.e. it is disabled:

The result is that the folders in "Favorites" are still sorted
alphabetically:

and the actual favourites in a folder (e.g. "Pop/Rock") are sorted as
supplied by the server:

My question was if the folders in "Favorites" can also be sorted as
provided by LMS (i.e. as in favorites.opml). In my case, the order is
"Pop/Rock", "Jazz", "Klassik", "Info".

I have no mix of folders and favourites in one <outline> level in
"Favorites". And if I had then I would expect that first the folders are
displayed and subsequently single favourites (as mentioned by Craig).
It's fine if my request is not feasible. I just thought that I found a
kind of inconsistency. ;-)
