Try unauthorizing the specific chromecast player in the config - just use the Player is enabled option No in the player's profile. Then generate a new config file. See if it appears in the discovered players list and then enable it. I've seen players dupicated in the config file before - the other option is to edit the config file to remove the existing entry.
