The 'Suspending LMS' message is only -supposed- to be said when a
*stream* is suspending, as a hint that it can be resumed later if
desired. However, detecting when a stream is actually playing on an Echo
is hit-and-miss with Amazon and sometimes they indicate yes when it is
actually no, and vv.
