A squeezelite debug log using the option *-d all=debug* might be
helpful.
Can you provide a download link for the problem mp3 file?
squeezelite 1.9.7-1270 includes an updated libmad mp3 decoder which has
been confirmed to fix the mp3 lost sync issue.
There's a 2nd issue happening in winsock and windows 10. Where the
server connection hangs for up to 30 seconds and the squeezelite cpu
usage spikes until the socket fails with an unknown error and
squeezelite recovers by reconnecting. I've only been able to reproduce
this on win10, the same binary does not exhibit this on win7.
