I had the same, but I have to say it was on the system where I have only the touch screen for operation, no physical buttons. Don't know whether physical buttons have an influence in that situation. Anway, my conclusion was that I need the "standard" now playing screen for operation (play, pause, back to menu, show playlist, etc.).
