You need to initiate a pCP backup (pcp bu) after things are setup and before the next boot.
Follow the instructions at https://mediaserver.smartskills.tech/mediaserverhelp.html except where it says "ngrok" type "./ngrok" to run it in the current directory rather than finding it on the path.
