Not with Smart Home skills like LMS-lite. The players -should- all be automatically deleted when a skill is disabled so re-linking the skill should start with a clean slate. But Amazon regularly digs up devices I killed months ago and does so at random. I tried to address this recently by deleting all your devices explicitly/deliberately when the skill is unlinked. Trouble is, I don't get told the skill is ABOUT TO unlink but that it has JUST UNLINKED so it's then too late to delete the devices as I have lost control by that stage.
