After a few hours I think I fixed it by going from
Code:

hw:CARD=Audio,DEV=1
--------------------
to
Code:
--------------------
plughw:CARD=Audio,DEV=1
--------------------
in the Squeezelite Output setting
I have no clear idea what the difference between those two settings is
but songs are now reported as their native and proper Qobuz sample rate.
