Settings worked for FLAC streams, but no luck with the iPlayer AAC streams. Then I changed binary. It looks like squeeze2upnp-osx-multi was preventing transcoding. Now with squeeze2upnp-osx-multi-static flac transcoding is working. One niggle is iPlayer streams are downsampled to 44100 (from 48K). Same for 48K m4a recordings. This isn't a Lumin thing, as I have another endpoint that I see the same result. philippe_44 - any ideas on this?
