Sorry about the late reply.
The fact that the library information is correct shows that the plugin's
web app can communicate with LMS successfully (which is good). However,
the lack of any log messages makes it basically impossible for me to
understand why this works, but other queries do not (e.g. requesting
artists).
The only idea I have at this point is for you to use your browser's
developer tools and check the network requests from your browser to your
LMS server. If you're up for this, look for something like:
