I can play continuously both live & listen again streams for long periods without problems. I have not optimised TCP.
The only problem is I cant play listen again streams from a browser - i tried ie7, firefox and opera. In fact I cannot add listen again streams to the playlist either from any browser. The skip feature from the browser does work once the listen again stream has been started by the remote.
