Interesting.  Clearing the cache was intended to do the same thing.  A
complete reset clears the cache, but also clears registry entries, but I
don't know how any of those could be in play here.  Btw, do you run the
version from the MS Store on all those machines or the legacy installer?
And have you ever had both versions, maybe switched between the two? 
Just curious.  I have observed some curious things in the way Ms Store
apps virtualize things like system folders (where the cache is stored)
(or sometimes not) and it could be related to what you just experienced.
Might be something I need to look further into.

Anyway, I'm glad that worked.
