I also experience problems with updating the "reliable" plugin to
0.18.1. I get the same error message as dolodobendan:

As far as I can see the problem is that
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/lms-plugins-philippe44/Reliable-0.18.1.zip
does not exist. The download URL should be (e.g. https instead of
http):
https://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/lms-plugins-philippe44/Reliable-0.18.1.zip
