See image. The only other circumstance that I can recall that may have value is when I installed Reliable the first time. When I clicked on the plugin check box and hit apply, the upgrade version appeared immediately at the top of the plugins page. I clicked the upgrade and hit apply without doing a server restart in-between the original version and the upgrade. Could that create a bad install?
