OK it look like BBC have deliberately or accidentally killed off the "Listen again" feeds in total.
Either way I can do nothing. If it is accidental, it may be back in a few days. If it is deliberate, it may be tied into the fact the BBC Sounds became universally available to non UK users Since mid Sept and BBC wants to retire the "old" feeds and "migrate" users to use BBC Sounds. The BBC Sounds plugin is available for LMS and just requires registration on BBC Sounds website.
