If the above is what you want you should be able to create it as:
1. Create a new menu, select "Composers" as menu type
2. Click next until the new menu is saved
If you choose to show the menu under the standard "Browse" section, I
think it might require a SlimServer restart in some situation to show
up correctly.
If you have tagged your music with composer tags, you must have run a
SlimServer rescan at least once after you set the tags.
