I’m also a heavy user of Spotty, Spotify deliver your personalized items under the Home entry, like ”More like...” . I would describe these as playlist of some sort. Anyway, these items do not get a play or ”...” menu.
The "More like..." item is a mixed bag. It has albums, artists, playlists etc. You can't play that menu, but only its items. This has nothing to do with Material.
