That's exact, so my question is still open, *how can I get that incoming file/stream bitrate information from a comand line ?* Lets say I ask for a Deezer track, LMS will stream that track to Squeezelite as is. Squeezelite will upsample it. What I want is to know from a Linux command line is the original stream sample rate on the fly. I'm sure that information exist, I just don't lnow how to get it.
