Hi, I have a transporter and want to control the volume on my amp from the transporter remote. Seen a few posts about it and an article about it. Can someone explain to me more please - Specifically:
It says when you adjust the volume it jumps to 50% and then you move it from there. What i was expecting is to leave the transporter volume at 100% and then the volume controls on the handset just move the amp volume up and down like the volume control on my amp handset. Why would they make the amp volume jump to 50% each time you press the button (if thats what happens)? Also if I have a transporter and two squeezeboxes can i get 3 IR blasters and control the volume on all the devices independently and smoothly or will they get confused about which is which.
