Transits, Network hops, buffering and encoding each introduce a delays.

Reduce the delay and the likelihood of gaps/glitches increases.

You can try
1. Disable WAVIN->Flac - this means no time spent buffering and encoding
into Flac - audio is sent as PCM. Also it means player buffers fill much
quicker (but store less time so good fast clean network essential)
2. Reduce Settings/Advanced/Network/ Radio station buffer seconds. This
will affect ALL player and for ALL network streaming. Only set low when
absolutely necessary.

It is unlikely you'll get delay less than 0.5 sec which for video is
often too much - user find delays more hans

Better to use a player (that is feeding audio into Wavinput) than can
advance Audio stream x msecs ahead of Video stream - you can then fine
tune from the player just for Youtube and not all of LMS
